
Nadiershda Salazar is a yoga teacher, movement enthusiast, and wellness guide, teaching since 2018. She completed her Vinyasa Flow training at Kranti Yoga in Goa, India, where her passion for breathwork, meditation, and holistic living deepened. Nadia’s approach blends Pilates, physical therapy principles, Vinyasa, and cardio-inspired flows, creating dynamic classes that leave students feeling renewed, connected, and balanced.






Her extensive background includes theater, dance, arts, meditation, nutrition, herbalism, and healing therapies such as Thai Yoga Massage, which she completed in 2020. She has traveled across Europe and South America, immersing herself in spiritual retreats, ecstatic dance, and shamanic ceremonies, enriching her understanding of body, mind, and spirit.

Currently studying to become a physical therapy assistant, Nadia is dedicated to guiding others toward healthier, more balanced lives. Her teaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, self-awareness, and the integration of body and breath, making each class a unique journey toward wellness.
